  1. Like Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory

    - Have people selling tons of candy

    - sell baked goods

( or you can call it candy land )

Sorry, but this is the only one i can think of.

  2. dances, something at football games usually always work wheter its selling shirts, braclet, even foam fingers

  3. Just have a basketball game inbetween the teachers and students.

  4. My sister's majorette squad did a fundraiser at Pizza Hut a couple of years ago.  You hand out cards, and you get a percentage of the sales of everyone who comes and eats that night with their cards (I believe 10% where I live).  Also, you would have the parents and/or students to be the servers.  Therefore, you also get to keep the tips.  What I thought was good about this is that their is no product to order and deliver, no set-up or clean-up, and the volunteers don't have to deal with the money themselves.

Ok, I just now saw the additional details.   How about a chocolate party? Have all kinds of chocolate, including chocolate fountains, available.  You could charge a set price for a ticket, and then also have the auction.

I like the idea of the person who suggested a Candyland theme.  But, since this event is to take place at a country club, which means it is probably somewhat fancy, I would definitely charge a set price for a ticket which would give access to all the candy instead of charging per piece.

  5. why don't you sell chocolate bars

  6. a raffle

    cake sale

    no uniform day

    throw a sponge at teachers

  7. Cookie dough sale, fruit, carnival, rummage sale.  Oh, and you can go to Dairy Queen and check out the fundraising coupon thing they have.  We bought one for $5.00 and it was a whole sheet of coupons that saved you a lot of money.  We used them and gave some of the coupons to family.  It was a great idea.  You could not beat the 5 bucks for what they offered on there.  There are pizza places and stores that offer fundraising for schools.  Just look under their websites too see if they offer it.  Good Luck.

See my email to you.  I have exact details of some of the things I put in this post, but it is more in length and some things I just did not mention.  Email me back if you are interested in it.  Oh, and do you have to have it at the country club?  Why not the school?  I know what I emailed you was more along the lines of stuff for younger kids, and you want to raise money for high school, but there is no reason that a high school can not put this on for children of the community, just have the high school kids volunteer their time for it (again see email).

  8. -Get all the popular guys/girls (& members of student council)to offer themselves up for a dance auction. People can bid to have the guy/girl dance with them for 1 song.

-Candy-grams (like telegrams). Set up a table someplace busy the week before Valentine's Day. Let people buy a little candy-gram for anyone in the school. Basically, they pay like $2 or $3, choose the recipient, and your committee will make up little candy pouches (jellybeans, cinnamon hearts in a little baggie with a cute ribbon) and deliver them to the recipients during homeroom. Give the option to have the person write a note with the candy-gram. or they can choose to send one anonymously. Just be sure to have a few of the organizers monitor the notes so that nothing offensive is being sent.

  9. How about a carnival?  People buy tickets to play little games where they can win chances in a drawing for donated goods?  The more tickets they buy, the more money you raise.  You can have a fishing pond where they "fish" for chances in the drawings, all sorts things.  You could have a county fair theme, have Cotton candy all sorts of things.

  10. Well, carnivals always go down well- you could have a ring toss, a kissing booth, carnival games, and things like that. get your teachers involved- games involving embarrassing teachers always draw crowds (and crowds equal money!). You could have a big car wash- get everyone involved. There are the classic things, like holding a dance, and charging for tickets. Have a fair, and get everyone in you grade to split into groups- each group has to come up with an idea for a stall.Of course, you could go crazy, and hold a sleepover for the youngest grade. Hold it in the main hall at you school (try and get it at night). ask everyone to come in their pajamas (charge $1.50 for entrance), and put mattresses on the floor, play a movie, and relax! This can be quite hard to do, so its not suggested. You could have a wacky clothes day- everyone has to come dressed as characters form movies, or in their pajamas. This works better at schools with uniforms, because it makes such a change, but this could still be fun at free clothing schools. Have fun!

  11. When I was in high school we used to set up dodge ball competitions. Teachers and students could join and it was like..$1-5 to create a team and about the same to watch the game. It was really fun and it seemed to work every year.

  12. Bake sale....

Make baskets full of stuff and have people bid on them...

    sell chocolate....

Have a weight lifting thing where people sponsor the lifters....

    Donkey basketball....

    ummm and last

    rummage sell?
