Question:

Ideas for parties...?

I am trying to think of ideas of little get togethers me and my friends can have because we have a few months off school. We are 16.

So far I have these ideas:

- BBQ

- Spa

- Fancy Dress with children's games like pass the parcel etc. That is always a laugh.

- Tea party, with little cakes etc.

- Summer theme, trampoline, ice cream...

Does anyone have any other ideas or if you have done any of these, like ideas of how to set them out or extra things to do that would be a great help. Thankyou.

  1. throw a POOL PARTY! OR rent a cool lemo and drive ur friends around in it all day and go shopping, and to a spa although u would have to be rich to these things!

  2. I had a BBQ for my last party. Although there were only guys there. It was a very good night indeed, talking around the fire and taking turns to cook all the meat. In fact, one of my friends was inspired to do the same for their party.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you do for your party - as long as it's well executed and you all have an awesome time.

  3. Ann summers party's are fun

  4. A spooks night, where you keep the lights off, tell really gory stories and then hide in different parts of the house and try to scare each other.

  5. pool party

    go to the beach

    movie day

    sleepovers

    bike riding

go to local college baseball games

    picnics

    batting cages

    go carting

    bowling

    ice skating

    resturant

    a&w drive up

drive in movies (if u hav one near u )

    hope i helped....

  6. You already have great ideas. You sound like a party expert!

Like Luan S said, it doesn't really matter what you do; you'll have fun with each other anyway.

But here are some more ideas for you.

Anything with water is good, like Super Soakers. Even a kiddie pool or Slip-n-Slide is fun. You can sit in a big kiddie pool and sip smoothies with your sunglasses on, or lean over the pool and go bobbing for rubber duckies or new, cheap flip-flops. Also, dunk your head in the water and then try to create the wackiest hair style.

How about a medieval party where you dress in peasant blouses and long skirts, and eat chicken or wings off the bone? You could supply some scrap material and ribbon to make simple drawstring pouches. Or make a crown, hand-held mirror, or treasure chest with plastic jewels from the scrapbook store, small mirrors from a craft store, and shoeboxes and cardboard. Give out a short list of words to include and have your guests pick a word then come up with a silly or pretty poem. Pick some wildflowers and tie or weave them into a necklace or bracelet. Make two small braids on each side of your head and tie them together at the back of your head. You can weave in wildflowers or ribbons as you braid.

Volleyball is good because all your guests can play at the same time; no one has to wait for a turn.

  7. How about a 'fancy summer dress' party? Everyone could pick out a nice dress, with ecssories, shoes etc, and the one with the nicest dress would win a prize. Eat finger sandwiches, fruit drinks, small cakes, and salads. I know it sounds corny, but at your age it might be fun!
