Ideas for sweet sixteen party?

Its next month. I just want to do something SMALL with just a couple of friends. dressing up would be a must. I know I want to go out to dinner but I'm not quite sure what else. nothing expensive or too extravagant. simple but fun.

I always have a ball when friends and I can work on something together. you can do something totally off the wall, like buying up a bunch of old records and making record bowls. You could also buy terracotta pots to paint, then fill with herbs or flowers. Or, buy some glass paint (cheap at a craft store!) and some second-hand wine glasses and have a ball.

I suggest u should organize a BBQ party at ur house!! u can hv dance and sing performance while enjoying ur BBQ !

It sounds great and u don't need to spend too much time and money on it..

You can get chicken, pulled pork, and ribs, along with sides and cornbread. I like Famous Dave's; there may be a location near you. BBQ feels like a celebration and yet is relaxed !!!
