Ideas for what a 12yr old should do for her birthday??

Question

I am turning 12 next week, and my mum said i could do something (like go somewhere) with my closest friend.

I cant have a party, so thats out, but what could i do with my bf for my bday??

Sleepover is not an option, btw, as the day after we both have a BIG day of netball.

Any suggestions for where we could go?? If u say movies, which 1??

I don't know whats on but yeah, you could go to the movies. You could also go ten pin bowling, or ice-skating? They are always fun things to do! I'm 22 and I still think its great. If you've got any birthday money, you could go shopping? You could always go swimming too (at a heated pool if its cold).

When I was around this age (and heck, even six or seven years later...) I liked going bowling, miniature golfing, or to an arcade or ice/roller skating rink.

Movies are always good, too, especially if you head to a matinee when it's less crowded and cheaper. I dunno what your tastes are, but Wall-E was pretty good (if it's still in theaters...).
