Ideas fort a 13year old, girl birthday party... ?

I need ideas for a girl that is turning 13 soon. The party has a small and reasonable budget. I was thinking a mall scavenger hunt @ the hilltop mall. No more than about 10 that are coming to the party. Any ideas for the scavenger hunts and goody bags?

Makeup is always good for girls that age! Just make sure it's simple stuff like clear lip gloss or body glitter that the parents won't get pissed off about.

Cute, little notebooks and pens are good, too....

Maybe some body spray....

Bead necklaces or beads to make their own necklaces...

Nail polish (you can get small ones called BonBons at WalMart for under a dollar)

Erasers in cute shapes...

Stickers...

Picture frames....

scavenger hunt???? Nononononononononononono!!!!

Just have some of her friends over order pizza and put some music on. Much less embarrassing then a scavenger hunt!!!
