Ideas on a pirate cake ?

I want to make the cake for my daughters b-day party, ita about pirates but its a girly pirate ? i need your help !! please

If you have a clear picture of what you want take it to the Walmart bakery.  They have a sugar printer they scan the picture and it prints on a thin sheet of edible paper that you then place on top of the cake and decorate around.  Maybe some cheap jewelry for decoration or candy coins.

You could have everything be pink and black.

The cake will depend on your level of cake decorating. You could go as far as making a skull cake like the picture or you could just make a simple layer cake from a mix and buy white frosting, dye it pink, then add black sparkles to the cake.

It all depends on your level.

Well..you can pipe a skull pirate on the cake, you can cut the cake to look like a scull, a pirate, a pirate flag, a treasure box.

That may be a good idea..you could decorate the cake to look like a treasure box and buy inexpensive, fake, jelery and coins to put on and around the cake...just make sure the kids don't eat them..lol

Just use girly colours and maybe have a necklace or something on the cake.

Strawberry or Vanilla flavoured cake could add an essence of girliness...

Or how about serving it with girly icecream?

I cant be too important to be girly if it is a pirate party...
