Ideas on making your own turtle dock?

Hi guys, I bought a turtle dock from petco but it got stolen! I was wondering if anybody had ideas on making your own without having to glue rocks together?

Docks are easy. Rocks make bad docks, so ignore them.

A simple dock is a strip of acrylic or other plastic. It can bend to form a ramp and platform, or just be straight. Some self-adhesive non-skid tread material makes it easier for the turtle to climb.

You can also use silicone adhesive to mix and match plastic supports and driftwood pieces. A piece of 1" thick wood works as well, but be prepared to toss it when it gets moldy.

You can attach it to the tank by gluing suction cups on, attaching wires to suspend it from the top, adding legs that are attached to the tank floor, etc.

Try hardware cloth, 1/4" mesh or so. Build a ramp with a platform on the back for basking and a supporting leg at the back.
