Ideas on setting someone up with possession of drugs in school

Question

Don't think that I am mean to try to set up this person. This person has caused nothing but problems and harasses everyone. We are trying to plant weed on them to get them expelled without getting caught (that includes no fingerprints) however we need to get this persons finger prints on the bag. Now there are cameras in all of the hallways but not in the classrooms. Any ideas. Post comments if you have any ideas and i will give you more information if you need it. thank you so much. I will not however release anything private. just the rest of the situation.
