  1. Hide and seek, write up a scavenger hunt for them to figure out to get to a prize (maybe their snack or a treat?), try making cookies or some kind of recipe (pizza crackers- spoon some sauce onto a cracker, add some shredded chs and a slice of pepperoni- all kids can make their own but it gets them around the table), "vet" (they bring you their stuffed animals and you check them out and make up problems and procedures), puzzles, try having one person hide an object in a room and the others have to race to be the first one to find it and whoever does gets to hide it next, um.., you can play 'superheroes' where they each pick superhero names and powers and you assign them a task, like to find the giant peanut butter man whos walking the streets sticking people together and they need to find him and think of ways to trap him and get the people unstuck and put him away somewhere he wont ever get out. When they are done you call them back and one at a time ask them diff questions, Then they go back to "work" in their offices until you call them (make loud beeping noises) with another mission. This works good when your trying to make dinner or something b/c they can run upstairs to get the villian or outside or wherever you say he is. good luck!

  2. My nephew LOVED to dance at that age.  Bring some music that they can dance to.  Anything to do with music is good for that age.

  3. Get some coloring books or maybe even some blank paper and some finger paints (or if that's too messy for you then those markers that can't get on their clothes or the floor, wall etc) - if you had to resort to TV you could always do a Disney movie...tell them to draw their parents a picture or something...

  4. If you can take them somewhere then take them to a splash park or just a park. Or Pump It Up if you have one around. Otherwise do some crafts with them that are ok for their age. Just coloring works too. If they're girls or at least one is a girl what always has worked for me is playing dress up. They love it usually.

  5. eat.

  6. Tag

    Hide-n-seek

    The ground is lava

That game were you imitate something or someone and everyone Tris to guess what it is or who they are

If a kiddy pool is available let them play in it

    take them to the park

  7. You can play hide and seek with them. I'm sure they have toys so sit down with them and play with them. You can try making cookies or brownies . My little cousins love to watch me bake desserts. Make some popcorn and find a kids movie. Good luck!

  8. I like this

  9. If you have some energy:

play a really random game with running around, and you pretending to be a monster. DON"T OVERDO IT THOUGH. You don't want them to p**s their pants. Little Kids like to run around.

If they are girls(and even boys sometimes) and you are tired:

Give them a makeover with some make-up and let them do the same to you they will have fun(no matter how silly you look). Also playing pretend is always an option with younglings.

  10. Buy some coloring books and crayons. Also, buy some games like Candy Land.

  11. ask them to tell you things that has happened to them like at school, playschool etc

    make smoothies etc

    play hide nd seek

get them to sing to you

teach them to read nd write etc in fun ways

kinsella mean anything to you btw?.. just wundered

  12. bubbles/sidewalk chalk, throw a blanket over a table or some chairs and make a secret fort, make up a puppet show, put on music and dance,  show them a colored object like a red apple and tell them to go find you something matching the color red, have song time sing kid songs like row row boat, abc etc... play dough, follow the leader simon says

  13. If it is nice out, you can spend some time outside - I bet they have outdoor toys like balls and bikes at home.  If not, see what kind of inside toys they have - maybe they have Lego's or something that you can build something fun with.  Another typical thing to do is color or make stuff out of paper (I am not really good with that but some people are).

  14. play patty-cake

  15. Play Dough or clay and make something for the parents or just let them squish it in their hands. finger paints. Just put some newspaper down on the table for easy clean up and it is water based so clothes don't get ruined. asl for some old men's shirts too to help the clothes stay clean. Go outside and play. Just  running around. Go to park. cooking something simple and healthy.

  16. Coloring

    Arts and Crafts

    Puzzles

    Bake cookies, cupcakes,cakes, ect

    take them to the playground

Build a tent from the couch with pillows and sheets lol

play some music and dance around

    play eye spy

    play scavanger hunt,hide prizes/candy

  17. have them make playdough or bake cupcakes cove them with white frosting and put all the spinkles you can find in cupcake wrappers for each child and let them design the cup cake, use construction paper to make i love you mom and dad cards for their parents. make flash cards of items around the house in english and spanish and teach them those basic words, make up songs when you want them to learn things or to be silly and have dance contest with all the kids invite the neighbor kids

  18. When I babysit kids I like to ask them if they want to show me their toys. When they do I usually start playing with them. Its makes them more comfortable with you and its fun for them. Sometimes you can bring a bag with arts and crafts and organize an artsy activity to show their parents when they get home :D

  19. -sidewalk chalk

  20. I babysit a 3 year old and yes we play candy land. You just have to point to where they move. Crafts are great coloring, making bracelets, feathers, playing "kitchen" let them pretend they are cooking you things, read and have story time,  snack time, and quiet time where they can go play in their room and give you a break to clean up and all that good stuff. Take them outside for a walk around the block also movie time is great for rainy days or days where the kids are really fussy.....Hope that helped!

  21. Try asking their parents some activities that they do with the kids, and then ask the kids. Maybe try playing tag or hide and go seek. If one of them is a girl try playing with dolls and if it's a boy maybe toy cars or lego. Try thinking back when you were a kid and their age, what did you enjoy?

    GOOD LUCK!

  25. You could read books to them, if you don't mind a little mess get paint sets out the back, fun games like hopscotch or letting them help you bake cookies or something like that. Children enjoy games like hide and seek as well, an easy game of tag, bring around some stuffed animals or dolls if they are girls. Hope it helps...

  26. Make easy cookies or no bakes with them, bring coloring books over, cars or barbies, one movie to have them fall asleep to when the time is right, dinner, kiddie pool, teach them how to say their ABC's and 123's, baths... thats all I can think of. Have fun & Good Luck
