Identify a vine?

Question

Vines that look exactly like wild grapes are common in my yard. They have no fruit, although I whack them out pretty often so they may never get to that stage. Any thoughts as to what they are?

I love mine.... it must be controlled, of course, since the berries seed the plant really good!!!.... but the flowers and berries are worth the work, to me.....

It sounds like a wild grape vine.

The wild grape vine you are seeing in your yard is Muscadine or Scuppernog.  They grow wild and can be invasive.  Let a few climb tree or fence, they are great tasting.  It will take few years to bear fruit.
