Identify brown spider, back has red outline, black center, with yellow triangle and small yellow lines?

Also has yellow-ish stripe on top of head, and small black stripes on legs. Found it in some grapes I was eating, with a small sac. moves slowly, sort of furry. Seems to have come with the grapes, but if not, we live in northwest indiana. Almost a half-inch long, by a quarter inch wide. Looks like 4 eyes, as far as I can see. Please help!

Seriously, sounds like some kind of orb spider.
