I found a bunch of these under a couple pairs of shoes near my door that I probably haven't moved in months. They appear to be dead, or at least they don't move when prodded or ever.

  1. looks like beetles

  2. They were some ones babies!

They went from eggs to crawling stage a worm like or grub like creature.

WHat you have is the next stage, a pupea.  Kind of wrapped in a hard shell and dormant.  If you squish it, I will bet it is still juicy inside.

But I don't know from the picture what kind of bug it is, or was.

    Probably a beetle.

  3. beetlejuice..beetlejuice..beetlejuice..

  4. I'd take a guess at a moth or a beetle of some sort. It looks grubby!

  5. THEY LOOK LIKE SOME KIND OF LARVA
