Identifying a 90's Kid's Show/Gameshow please !?

There were teams and They were in a pool or water area and they used floats and a float that looked like a hamsters wheel and they ran in it and it went across the pool it must have been mid 90's ( later than 93 ) , it was on either bbc or citv because i didn't have any other channels , it would be great to know what it is , thankyou if you can help me x
