Identity Cards???

Question

Hi im turining 15 tomorow and need some sort of ID for something, i dont want to be carrying my passport as that is a risk i would not like to take. i need an ID that says my name and age (dob) by the way im not talking about fake id, Thanks

No, as a legal visitor, you need to carry your passport until you return home.  It's not such a risk.  My kids carry their passports when they travel.  Wear a passport carrier under your clothing.

hi my son was in your sitution he just used the PASS scheme they are sevrel providers it costs about 10 quid he use's it all the time with no hassle.

You can get a state id at the department of motorvehicles(DMV)closest to you.....have a nice smile and 10 bucks or so, and you should be all set...

If you are a legal resident/ U.S. citizen, you can go to your local DMV and obtain an ID. they are usually under $15.
