Idk what I have but I'm super sick and in pain,help?

Question

I am cold threw out my body

and my head is burning up

i have a headache that feels like someone is hitting me with a hammer

i have thrown up 4x and fell like i might agian

i am fianlly keeping something down but idk how much longer

i cry cause of the pain

this has been going on for 2 and a half nights now

someone pleaseee help me

well there can't be no actual certain diagnosis on here. But sounds to me like you have the common flu. But please get this checked with your doc. take some meds to calm the pain down.GOOD LUCK(:

Flu

Appendicitis

Pregnant

Fever

Go to the doctor!!!!!

Put a cool wash cloth on your head and lie in your bed with covers,only eat something small and bland,like a cracker or a piece of dry toast.Hope you get well quick.
