Iestyn Harris thinks Crusaders have good prospects ahead after his departure - Rugby

Iestyn Harris acknowledged that the end of Super League for Crusaders has reached too soon but the future ahead is bright for them in Wales. These thoughts about his club where shared by him after their last night’s 42-10 defeat against
Wigan Warriors, which when coupled with Wakefield Trinity Wildcats’ 26-14  victory over the Bradford Bulls.
These last night’s results were extremely embarrassing for Crusaders, because they were hoping to avoid the wooden spoon this year. They had already bagged two wooden spoons in three years.
Harris reigned in as Crusaders’ in 2009 overtaking Brian Noble as the head coach at the start of this season. Harris will not continue with Crusaders who are hoping to march into Championship in 2012, as he will join Wigan, off-field crew.
While talking about Crusaders’ future Harris added that if they continue working hard, they have a high probability to return to Super League games.
While speaking about the amount of hard work which is required by the Crusaders, Harris added, "There has got to be a lot of work done behind the scenes. There's an argument to say it was fast-tracked a little bit too soon. There's a really good structure
in place in south Wales at the moment, there are some very good kids playing the game of rugby league and there's some excitement about the game in south Wales. It was our job to try to build that excitement in the north of Wales with the kids and we had just
started that process. It's important we don't lose that."
Harris stressed upon the need felt by Crusaders to work on their loose ends, which will surely pave back their way to Super League. According to Crusaders’ outgoing coach this is the only probable way to win back the lost glory from the Super League palette.
However, this is already known fact that the Crusaders will start afresh with new players and new coach.
However, since the dynamics of the Cruasders' club has entirely altered that means there is still room for alot of work which  can change the equation in Crusaders' favour entirely.
