If 0.25 moles of a gas diffuses through a hole in 20 minutes can we find how much will diffuse in 40 minutes?

The rate of diffusion is directly proportional to the pressure. When gas is diffusing through a the number of moles in the vessel is decreases. As a result the rate is constantly changing. So can the answer be 0.5?

Temperature is constant.
