If 18 months from now, Iran announced a successful nuclear weapon test, which was verified, what would happen?

What would happen? How would Iran's friends, and foes, react?

Why should the israel lobby which now runs America be allowed to decide who will have nukes and who won't?  And why should other countries stand still to be dictated to?

The US has no sound legal basis to take any action on its own. What the US should do immediately is to follow its commitments agreed to in the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) which will help disarm the world and make nuclear holocaust less likely.

Right now, it's just a matter of time before the US is attacked with dirty bombs that can be as small as a suit case. How does Homeland Security stop that?
