If 3 people is kicking a car, is it going to end up become a gangster?

Since a pronoun stands for the noun that preceeds it, it seems that you are asking if the car will become a gangster because it is kicked.  We don't usually see that kind of behavior in motor vehicles; however, abuse can lead the victim to retaliate against others and not necessarily those who were the abuser.  Perhaps the car will one day run down an innocent pedestrian.

Go to school, get an education, get a job, don't have babies until you can feed them.  That's my advice.

depends, with some of them its just their age and will eventually grow out of it and become half way civilised adults.

i've known some people like that and they do wise up.

Why would they kick a car in the first place? Aggression starts in small ways but soon gets out of hand. Today a car, tomorrow, what or who? Be careful what you mimic and who you emulate.

Uh, cars don't have the ability to choose things.  They are slaves to their master's will.  If three people are kicking a guy he could become a gangster or not.  Those are the only two options in the human perspective.
