  1. 7

  2. ①3x + 4y = 14

    4y = 14-3x

    y=7/2 -(3/4)x

    ②(4x^2) (x^6) y = 4x^8y = -5/2x

    * -5/2x   is  (-5/2)x ?  or -5/(2x)

    you should have written clearly

    I' ll think it as  (-5/2)x

    4x^7y = -5/2

    y= 15/(8x^7)

    y=7/2 -(3/4)x

    y= 15/(8x^7)

    7/2 -(3/4)x = 15/(8x^7)

    -6x^8 + 28x^7 - 15 = 0

    ****

    I tried to solve it

    but I couldn't

    I hate your math teacher
