If America is really free and equal, why do I have to got to the dumb schools we have?

My mom knows way more than my teachers and I learn more skateboarding at the mall with my buds at the mall than going to the dumb school and listening to social studies jerks. Mom says they have dumbed down America. That is really dumb to do that.

A school is evaluated based on their students performance, which in turn depends on many factors, such as teachers qualifications, attendance, discipline, etc; but one of the most important elements is parent involvement. Only a parent can make sure that his child attends school, does his homework, etc. You see young What, a school is only as dumb as his students. Now look inwards for a few instants and ask yourself; if you were to move to another school tomorrow, would you be adding or diminishing the schools IQ? But who cares right? You keep on skateboarding all the way to the bank;  who knows, maybe you can even ask your mommy to let you work as a security guard at the mall, that way you can see your buds all the time.

Your mom could home school you, but that would hinder your exposure to other people and limit your social skills.  Later in life, you will find out that going to school was more about how you interact with others and learning to express your ideas in public.  You will also get to learn about the people who have dumbed down America, and maybe you can try to make a difference.

Learn what you can where you can, but America is not really completely "free and equal" sadly. The most money goes to the schools in the richest areas. Which means better equipment, teachers, etc., usually.

america is all about itself if you keep the people dumb or Miss informed you can control them easier. you do not live in a free country no one in the world lives in a free country.Government's do what they want for there own needs not the needs of the people.Look at how china controls information in there country and the internet?and post 9/11 america listens in on every thing. they monitor all Internet traffic as well as emails for there own gain under the excuse of terrorist.

Since you seem to not think the way most kids do, I would say that you should just study the people. That's interesting enough. You can do weird experiments and see their reactions. You don't really have to care. Just tune out for classtimes. Hope I helped.

First reason is so you learn what words to use or to check your spelling you used got instead of go. Skateboarding is not a job to make a living at to support yourself it is a hobby. The schools aren't dumbed down they just don't want to waste time trying to teach someone that doesn't want to learn anything to help them make a living. If mom is smart then have her home teach you and hopefully she'll keep you away from the mall.

You don't have to go to the dumb schools. Your parents can pay to put you into a private school. Alternatively, they could home school you.

If neither of those options is good for you then how about parental involvement at your dumb school? Parental involvement can change a dumb school into a really good one. How many PTA meetings do your parents attend? How about school board meetings?

The apathetic have no right to complain.

Name one thing that the government actually does good, besides collecting taxes and slowly taking away your freedom day by day.

Your teachers could get paid a million dollars a year and your education would still suck.

Throwing money at the problem will not solve it.
