  1. corn will never be used as an alternate source of fuel .it would cost to much to produce .not enough farmers to grow enough corn to solve the fuel problem in america.let alone money to develope refineries. just will not happen. imo.

  2. That is a subject that strikes at the inner core of the American political machine. For decades the U.S. has used commodities in its foreign policies, hence the saying here in the Midwest "Farmers feed the world". How much of a corn shortage is their when we have barge-fulls on the river and in port going rotten because theirs not enough grain storage silos to put it in?

  3. Yes there should be a high TAX on all fuel exports.

  4. we can cut dependancy

its simple really, all we need to do is drill for our own oil on our own soil

we are sitting on billions of gallons of oil here and the environmentalists wont let us drill for it.

this wouldnt cut all dependancy on forign oil BUT it would significantly lower the price of gas.

maybe as much as 2 dollars a gallon.

thank a environmentalists and a democrat for us not being able to drill.
