If America traded California for Georgia, would that end the bcikering among Georgia, Russia, and America?

Just do a straight up trade. We'd get to govern the Georgians the way we want to govern, and Russia would get to rule California however they feel? If not California, how about Washington D.C.? Ohio, Nebraska? Alabama?

I think they should trade Georgia for Georgia. That would be cool having a Russian '"state" inside the US. On cold winter nights we can have Vodka parties, wear fur hats and do those Russian dances.

The only problem with that is Arnold! Most of the people in Ca. don't want him so why would Russia?
