It should be because they dont have nearly the talent they did when they beat michigan and plus LSU are the defending national champs

i think it would be...after all, michigan wasnt the defending national champs when app. st. beat them ..so it would be a much bigger upset in my mind.....i can kinda see what the other guy said that app. st. had a big upset last year and it wouldnt be as big of an upset,but i still think that the upset would be huge because were are still talking about app. st. which would be an underdog if it played almost any Div.I-A school...in conclusion it would definitely be a bigger upset than last year....

No. It wouldn't be bigger- in fact it would be smaller. Since App St already had one HUGE upset last year it wouldn't be so much an upset this year. Heck ESPN is talking about this game b/c of what happened last year. Since App St is now on the map and people have heard of it- it would be a big upset but not nearly as big as them coming from nowhere to beat the runner up of the Rose bowl the prior year.

Absolutely not. When they played Michigan, no one, and I mean NO ONE, knew who App. State was. Everyone thought that they were a bunch of hillbillies, but once they beat Michigan, people gave them respect.

But now that people know App. State, an upset against LSU wouldn't be as big as the Michigan upset. Yes, you can say that it would be bigger because LSU is the defending champion, but I wouldn't.
