  1. Peacocks don't lay eggs!  Peahens do!

I'm not joking.  Look up peacock on Wikipedia - it's in the first few sentences.  Peahens are female peafowl; peacocks are the males.

  2. i supposed i would say that it's Bertha Dribble's because the peacock is property of Art Bragg but the egg was laid ON Bertha Dribble's driveway, meaning that Art hadn't claimed it yet so it's automatically Bertha's?

  3. it's on bertha's property therefore i would say hers.

  4. Peacocks don't lay eggs,peahens do.

  5. It's A Trick Question.

    Peahens Lay Eggs.

And Its' Art Bragg's Because He Owns The Egg Layer.

  6. Art Bragg would be the rightful owner

  7. the peacock

  8. Technically, the peacock egg bleongs to the peakcock that laid it, right?

  9. Ripley of believe-it-or-not fame would own it.

According to the facts of the case it is indeed a peacock that laid the egg (according to all those present) therefore this peacock is a rare and fabulous exeption to nature and thus must be preserved.

    AAANNNDD the word is ownER

  10. Bertha Dribble. Possession is 9/10's of the law ^_^

  11. Whoever picks the egg up first

  12. The peacock. because it had the egg,

    EDIT:

Because it says "IF" a peacock laid an egg. The fact that can not physically lay an egg is irrelevant.

And if I was that bird and pushed that big thing out, you better believe that it would be MINE!

  13. Peahen!!!! Congrats to Faith. She's the only one who got it.
