If Australian, what country is the best place to visit for our dollar value???

Basically any of the South Pacific nations.  The Philippines is good.  You can get a room in a 4 star hotel for about $100 per night, and you will get about 35 pesos for our dollar.  Lots of things to see, and a very colourful country.  Fiji is also good.

Zimbabwei. The inflation is sooooo high, one Aussie dollar could just about buy the entire country. Now I don't know about you but your own African nation? Sounds like good value to me!

Presuming you want to stay away from 3rd world countries then I suggest New Zealand. It's not too far  away. Aussie currency is stronger than NZ. We speak the same language and we like Aussies.  Pack ya bags and come on over!! The South island is amazing in Autumn. You'll love it.

indonesia mate so cheap, you can live off about $600 for about 2 months not a problem, beer for about a buck, steak and lobster for about 6 bucks you cant beat it
