HI Theresa,  Pam is a vegetable spray that you use for cooking usually.  It is found in the grocery aisle that has baking supplies.  It is good to use for greasing a mold so the concrete will come out of it easily.  There are other things you can use - anything sort of greasy will work.

Pam acts as a mold release for plaster, quick set, and candle wax and most any thing you pour into molds. I am making stepping stones at this time, but I have used Pam for all mold projects
