If Bolt played cricket instead of athletics ?

what would it be like facing him as a fast bowler?

and would it advantage the west Indies or disadvantage them in running between the wickets?

  1. He'd go alright. Most of the West Indian fast bowlers - were/are tall and lean - Joel garner, Michael Holding, etc if he could bowl accurate as well as quick, then he could be deadly - as for running between the wickets it shouldn't be a problem it's only 20 metres.  


  2. bolt is a runner not bowler.he may run fast but may not bowl too well.he will run fast batween the wicket.

  5. Michael Holding was a champion sprinter and was for a long time the fastest bowler of his era.

    I was also a pretty good sprinter with a few sub 11's but I bowled a little faster than Shane Warne and a little slower than snow fall.  

    So you really can't tell!!

    As for running between the wickets - that's about communication and ability to turn well and 'read' a run - not speed (though it helps a little)
