on Russia, who would support them and who would be against them?

america isn't gonna launch another war anytime soon.  were already at two wars (iraq and afghanistan), and we don't have enoug troops let alone enough money to do it

I think it depends on the circumstances of the war.

Israel would be with the USA.  Israel also has interests in Georgia.  Poland is pro-West and would be with the USA.

Against, who knows anymore.  The whole world is against the USA and Israel.  You can't count on even Western countries being rational for their own security.

Israel wiil not engage on U.S. side NEVER. Most of the israelian come to israel from Russia and ex-Soviet republics. They all are russian-speaking and (surprise!) they have Russian traditions and interest. I converse a lot in russian-speaking Israelians. Forget it.

Second - China will stay on Russian side as well as part of republics from former USSR. Becuase China knows, that if USA will try to put Russia on knees - China will be next. USA and GB are to aggressive in present world - really only such pets as georgia's government likes you. You have dishonored yourself multiply times.

Also, I want to see - how British Government will explain to it's population as well for whole Europe - FOR F**KING WHAT they need to lose one of the largest markets in Europe and where they will get as natural gas as oil.

And remember - launching war with one of the strongest country in world with nuclear arsenal, which can be uninterruptably delivered on territory of USA and GB - lay this world burnt to ashes. You want it? You'll have it.
