why does it have so much trouble with terrorists and hate preachers that are here on benefits, receiving legal aid, and are foreign nationals? Has Britain become such a s**+ t hole that you now have more rights if you are a foreign criminal than a British subject/citizen?

  1. Got it in one.  Lying Bast-rds

  2. Abu Hamza's lawyers have appealed to the European Court of Human Rights about USA's use of torture, and quite rightly the court has asked to delay his extradition until the case is heard.

With stories we've heard coming out of Guantanamo, you can understand why, but I hope the European Court give him a fair hearing, reassure him that he will be safe from torture, and we can send him for trial.

The bankers and computer hacker expressed no such fears of torture being used, so this was not an obstacle to their extradition.

When dealing with terrorists who want to attack our systems, it is important that we maintain the moral right to deal with them, by sticking to the rules at all times.

EDIT: B rob really is a fool. I'm not sticking up for Muslims. Abu Hamza is a nasty piece of work, and I hope he goes to prison for a long time. I just think it's important that we maintain our integrity by doing it within the rules, and giving this vile individual no cause to cry 'foul'.

Obviously integrity is a new concept to B rob.

And yes, I'll stick up for Muslims when people are being stupid about them. I won't stick up for terrorists and their apologists, like Abu Hamza. I loathe him for his terrorist views, not his religion.

The fact that he doesn't give a d**n about others' human rights is exactly why we must give a d**n about his. Because we're better than him. Well, most of us are.

  3. Good point ! I say send them all packing to the USA if they want them !

  4. I agree! What has caused the problem is that these 'hate preachers' use all the legal loopholes available to them!

They use the appeals system until they are exhausted! There is a certain cleric who has been stripped of his British citizenship and the British Government has announced that he will be deported to the USA who want him!

I agree foreign nationals have more rights than British citizens!Surely!that cannot be right!

Abu Hamza should be deported to the USA on completion of his British sentence!

  5. UK has a treaty with USA about evil bankers and vile hackers.

Shove the lof of them in jail and never let them out.

Look at it like this.  If a person commits a vile banking fraud crime here in UK which destroys the savings of American depositors inthe USA - then I say that horrid banker should go on trial in the USA and be held in prison there if found guilty.

Think of the money UK saves. Plus there's the problem of our already over crowded prisons.  The Americans have lots of prison space - maybe we should send TV License Fee dodgers to the States to do a few weeks on the chain-gang in the hot sun.

Anyway, it's not the first time Brits have been sent to the Colonies to do time.  We used to do it before the War of Independance, then when we lost that, we started shipping out the bad guys to Australia.

    Nothing new then!

  6. i fully agree with Mr Sceptic, how could any one that had a brain not agree with him.

its funny how fast folk are to take away other peoples rights not understanding that they are that persons rights.

How could Bush talk about China's human rights record when he has Guantanamo, what a two faced creep

  7. Loll - evidence is evidence!

  8. Very good point. But the Bankers were white English so of course, they don't have as many rights as the terrorists.

    What a complete fiasco!

  9. Don't we just love Mr septic always sticking up for Muslims on behalf of the Labour government even when they are in the wrong.I really am starting to think a huge chunk of labours funds come from the Muslim community.

In June, the High Court ruled that he should be sent to the US to face the charges and the House of Lords upheld the ruling.

Is Britain becoming a s**+*hole? oh yes thanks to certain elements that will never stop until they get what they want.

Did he care about the European court of human rights when he was preaching hate and death to infidels?I think not

Since when has he cared for our laws let me tell you.NEVER!!!

Careful Mr s think of your blood pressure you shouldn't show raw nerves if you don't want them touched.

  10. I love you!!!!!!
