Are people healthier? Economy better? did the war pay for itself? Please explain how you think he has done. We know McCain did not get a good report card in school. If you are voting for him tell us why you think he will get a good report card now?

  1. I would demote him !

  2. I don't think he's old enough to recieve a report card yet. I think counseling with his parents would be more appropriate. He's been a difficult little boy.

  3. I would give Bush a D. The economy is not better, people are not healthier, and people are really struggling with jobs, finding jobs, factories shutting down. I have to say this at least with Clinton this didn't happen. Now I am not saying I am Democrat, nor defending Clinton. But the economy was better. And I am not voting for Obama or Mccain. To me it is like trying to find the leser of two evils and I just can't do that.

  4. Your question looks like one of my class papers from Yale.

  5. What's the very lowest grade (below failure) that anybody can get?

    That's my vote!

    .

  6. a for effort..c for results

  7. Bush gets an A-

He gets extra credit for his honors class in preventing terrorist attacks. There have been no attacks since 911. You cannot take that away from him.

A+ on gun control, hopefully the Dems have learned it is a pure loser.

Since the President has no real bearing on my health and the economy I will merely give him a complete on those course.

He gets a big fat F+ for being at the very best asleep at the wheel on the border at best, nearly traitorous at the least.

  8. I like to think I am an informed Democrat.  Bush has done better than any other modern U.S. President in providing medical care and resources to rid the continent of Africa from the scourage of AIDS. His first reaction to 911 was his finest rhetorical moment; as he was standing next to the fire fighter with a bull horn in the midst of rubble in New York; he assured the American people that the world will hear us too. Bush has exceeded expectations for Big Oil's revenue and adventures in the MidEast, the Bush-Cheney policies has been exceptional in hindsight to this part of the service sector.  It appears the selection of Michael Chertoff to head FEMA has been a solid pick. However, FEMA is a failure to the Gulf Coast and continues to be.

Are people healthier?  No.  Economy Better? No, not unless you are linked to oil at this time. Did the war pay for itself? No.

Over the years, I have grudingly liked McCain.  McCain is a better man than the Republican Party.  He has been impressive as a Senator over the years in gaining common ground that has broken the gridlock in Congress. My biggest concern with the Senator, is that his best years are behind him. We need to elect someone whose best years are in front of them. The U.S. faces massive challenges that we need to overcome in the next 4-8 years.  McCain is as old as my parents who by the way are in great shape, active...but they are old. It is beyond me to think that McCain will have the physical vigor and mental flexibility to be what this country needs. Isn't it true that old people get set in their ways?  I think he has done his best, he has given us his best and it is now time for someone else to move the ball forward. And since his party has made him the nominee for President, the Republican brand needs to take a break.

The bottom line with Bush is that he is probably a great friend, as a politician his instincts with Putin makes me shake my head in disgust. His leading us to war in Iraq makes me shake my head in disgust. His ability to be an aspirational world leader has quite frankly been embarrasing.  I don't like how he used Colin Powell as Secretary of State nor do I believe that his politics is as genuine as his faith.  We have so many problems due to this Bush Presidency. Laura Bush once stated that history will vindicate her husband, she better hope and pray history doesn't indict him for war crimes.

  9. I give President Bush an A+ as I think he did great after 911

also John McCain might have not been a scholar like Barack Obama but He gets a A++ from me and Obama gets a F minus as he is not the man John McCain is (thank God)

Bush is a great guy if you just remember who we are really fighting

(the terrorist) and stop listening to the sob stories about our enemies rights (they have none)

  10. I THINK BUSH DESERVES AN A OR A PLUS (+). HE KEPT OUR COUNTRY SAFE FOR SEVEN (7) YEARS. HE HAS TRIED TO BAIL OUT OUR ECONOMY. HE HAS GIVEN REBATE CHECKS. HE DOES NOT TAKE ANY BULL*** FROM THESE OTHER COUNTRIES. HE TELLS IT LIKE IT IS. TO BLAME HIM FOR GAS PRICES AND THE ECONOMY IS NOT FAIR. HE CANNOT CONTROL THESE THINGS. HE HAS DONE A GOOD JOB

  11. Straight Fs.  But instead of having him repeat a grade, I would have him expelled and enrolled in an alternative learning center instead.

With respect to being a decent president, he is a failure.

But as a fascist crook...he excells.

  12. An F serves him right!!
