If CC finishes like 13-0 undefeated with the Brewers, should he win the NL Cy Young award?

CC has about 7 starts left.  The only way he'll win the Cy Young award is if he goes 15 and 0 and Webb falls flat on his face and doesn't win a game the rest of the season.  CC does have a good chance for 2nd place though.

You need to look at whole year. He was not as good in the Indians. Webb will win CY this year.

Look at it this way, if a pitcher came over to the AL last year in June or July and went 13-0, should they have won the Cy Young over Sabathia?

It would be a consideration only if there were no other strong candidates for the award.  But, in this case, there is.  a few in fact.

CC, SADLY WILL NOT WIN THE CY YOUNG AWARD SIMPLY BECAUSE HE HAS NOT BEEN THERE THE WHOLE YEAR. I AGREE WITH THESE OTHER TWO GUYS ABOUT WEBB THOUGH. SABATHIA VS WEBB NEXT YEAR WILL BE A GREAT QUEST TO SEE WHO'LL BECOME THE 2009 CY YOUNG WINNER.

Unfortuantly no.  He hasn't been there the whole year so that award belongs to Tim Lincecum.  If that dude didn't pitch for the Giants He might only have one or two losses right now.

Eh, no. It took Rick Sutclife 16 wins to win the Cy Young award after being traded to a different league right before the trade deadline. CC has finish 16-1 or better to qualify. I think that Brandon Webb might take it if his ERA goes down a few points and he could get lets say 3 more wins.

Most likely not. If you look at his season with the Indians, it was a bit bad. Webb already has 18 wins, and he will probably get about 4 or 3 more wins. Webb will most likely get the NL Cy Young award.

It's not CC's fault that he wasn't in the NL all year, so I don't see why he couldn't get it. Who knows how good he would've been in the NL all year. I guess I may be biased because I'm a huge Brewers fan, but being a Brewers fan I have complete faith that he will win the game for us all the time. I think right now he is the best pitcher in the NL, if not all of baseball, so why not?
