  1. They'll still be better than a lot of the teams they play, but that could be a devestating loss in the 1st game of the season.  Hopefully for their sake it's not that bad of an injury.


  2. Brandon Saine is pretty freakin' good as well.  He was Ohio Mr. Football a couple of years ago, just like Wells was.  The kid can run.

  3. That's what happens when you build your entire football team around one player.  LSU has a stable full of running backs.  That's why they don't have to have (rebuilding years).

  4. Every team has a impact player. And Wells was there impact player. They had Wells as the center of there universe and if he's lost for the season it will be hard for them to recover. They went from possibly 11-0 to 9-2 or worst if there go to guy is out. The have depth but they dont have the impactness of what Wells brings to the game. Defenses were mainly focused on how to defend against Wells. With him out they'll just game plan around the whole offense.

  5. Ohio State will be just fine.  They have a lot of depth at all their positions and their backups would usually be starters for a lot of other schools.

    Will be interesting to see though.
