If Christians say you can't have a universe that comes from nothing why would they say god created it from ?

In my opinion the big bang theory is false for the reason that time itself is a known existence and time is needed for events to happen.

God might be a lower deity to the real creator, or perhaps time loops and God will make the universe at the end of the universe, but how did we get into the loop? Thus I denied existance completely.

God didn't create matter, he created things made from matter. Being scientific, he knew the formulas. He didn't make wine from nothing, he used water and manipulated the atoms.

People who believe in the Big Bang assume that the "bang" came from nothing, too.  So you either believe God is eternal or matter is eternal.  It takes "faith" either way.

I love that hoary old chestnut about we atheists believing BigBang came from nothing conveniently forgetting it is THEY who try to market that thought.
