If Crosby was Russian and Ovechkin was Canadian...?

Would Ovechkin get all the Attention that Crosby is getting. All the time you hear how great Crosby is when in all reality Ovechkin is just as good if not better then Crosby. do you think that while people may not realize it or mean to do it give Crosby more attention then Ovechkin and Malkin because he is a Canadian?
