Clint Bowyer will be, unless by some chance David Ragan wins Richmond Saturday night. In that case it will go by most top 5s.

If Ragan doesn't win Richmond then Bowyer would because of having a win. If Ragan won, they'd go to second place finishes, then third, and so on, until one came out ahead.

Good question stinky i don't know.  maybe one with more wins?  i think it would be fair that if 2 did tie to have a short shoot out to break the tie.
