Why was he caught visiting his mistress this July 08 at 2 in the morning?

And why are so many people scrambling to cover for this philanderer?

As a democrat, I find his actions despicable.

LOL, I guess they meant to say that they discovered signs of him cheating with mistress two years ago; they then repeatedly asked him if he was doing it and he repeatedly denied it. then July 08 at 2 in the morning he was caught red handed, so he couldn't deny it, ran into a bathroom, then locked himself in there for a while.... it's over for him. if the democrats want to succeed, then they need to rid of him from the cabinet as soon as possible....

Yes, I'm amazed out how the press is letting him slide by without even asking the obvious questions.

Is it just a coincidence that both he AND one of his campaign advisors apparently had an affair with this woman?

If the affair ended in 2006 and he is not the father of his child, why was he slinking around at midnight meeting her in a hotel room?

Why did he hire her in the first place and pay her a bunch of money when she had almost no experience making web videos?

How long did the affair last?

Fact is.....Edwards is known to have visited his mistress 4-5 times in the last year....does that sound like the affair is over?...don't think so, plus his finance man paid her 15,000 a month to move to santa barbra.

Edwards may not have paid her hush money, but he was certainly in the know.
