  1. It will depend on the type of fruit and the storage. Eg if you freeze it you can just let it thaw in the fridge. You could probably leave it frozen for about 6 months. Otherwise I would keep it up to one day in the fridge covered with cling wrap. When you leave juice to sit (out of the extractor) especially with multiple fruits, they settle and separate. So it will be nicer if you give it a shake b4 drinking if doing this and pref add some ice - i think this will taste nicer

  3. The juice begins to oxidize as soon as it hits the air, and the nutrients begin losing potency. You should really drink it right away. It can keep a little longer if you refrigerate it in a full, capped bottle without much air. After two hours, it is just sugar, water, and some fiber.
