If George W. Bush had never been president would 9/11 even had happened?

I doubt it. I think that 9/11 probably would have happened, but it would have been handled a lot better. Al Gore would have been pro-active and done something about it instead of acting like a small town sheriff the way Bush did.

Gore wouldn't have pulled our troops out of Afghanistan when they had Asama Bin Laden cornered in the mountains at The Battle of Torah Boar. Gore also wouldn't have heated up the propaganda machine, fed off people's fears about Muslims, and thrown our troops through a meat grinder so we could go to war with Iraq either.

Let us not forget about Katrina, too. Al Gore would have listened to NOAA and the warnings and would have gotten FEMA to evacuate New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region days in advance.

The attacks of 9/11/01 were inevitable. Maybe not on that date or in that way, but who was president had little impact on the hate others have for the United States.

That is impossible to determine.  There is little known that George W. Bush could have done to avoid the attacks.  There is no way to determine if another president would have made a difference.

Only a psychic would know that. They do not exist. However, with evidence that has been provided since then, no, it probably would NOT have happened. He ignored several threats prior to the attacks and did nothing to prevent them.

Bill Clinton did nothing when Tower 1 was bombed to make it fall into Tower 2 on Feb 1993.  If he had done something then, do you think 9-11 would have happened???

George W Bush had nothing to do with it, we were getting threats during Clinton's administration.  That was ignored.
