If he couldn't do it in the 18, he can't do it in the 20. All the pedals are in the same place, the seats are similar, and I doubt sitting on phone books would help, plus it would be a safety factor.

he had him in the #18 last year and he sucked. i don't see how putting him in the #20 would be any different.
