Question:

If God Was Real, Would He Want Us To Sin?

I think if God knows everything that was gonna happen he wouldn't have created Lucifer.

He wouldn't have created the forbidden tree in the first place.

He wouldn't have caused the world to be populated by incest (Eden & The Flood)

And if Jesus is God on earth, he would have gone to h**l. Suicide anyone?

But that's just me. You?

  1. Sin is just one god's opinion of bad behavior. There's no need to fret, damnation is one man's h**l and another man's heaven.

  2. If God Was Real, Would He Want Us To Sin? He does not want us to Sin

I think if God knows everything that was gonna happen he wouldn't have created Lucifer.  He knew every thing that would happen and he did create lucifer. Lucifer chose to rebel and God knew he would.

He wouldn't have created the forbidden tree in the first place. Yes he would have

He wouldn't have caused the world to be populated by incest (Eden & The Flood) For man to populate he would have yes.

And if Jesus is God on earth, he would have gone to h**l. Suicide anyone?

No he did not commit suicide he sacrificed himself so others could live big difference.

  3. little knowledge makes people and other people around them go crazy. do some research first and then preach what little you know, i know that i don't know (may be i'll know some things by the time i'm in my 60's) so i'm not gonna say much.

you're lost, at least some atheists give you valid reasons before they make accusations. you on the other hand......................?!?!

  4. Yes, so he could punish us.

If god is real then by all accounts it is vengeful, selfish, arrogant, and deceitful. In short a pure s****t.

  5. Yes he wants you to give everyone BJs

  6. the only logical explanation is that god is a joke. this manifestation of something to belive in is a contradiction.

  7. I believe in God.And i believe God gives us the choice to chose between right and wrong. To me heaven is the reward of this life and h**l is the punishment. Its harder to do the right thing, so of course you will be rewarded for it.I believe god tests our faith in many ways, its up to you to stay with your belief in him regardless of hard times and regardless of any temptations that may come like the forbidden tree. The devils purpose is to cause mischief and to stray the weak believers of god while the strong believers keep with their faith even when it SEEMS no hope is around. To them is the reward of heaven.I tried my best to explain myself . I hope i got the point across.

  8. Yep. You pretty much summed it up.

  9. Without sin, being good wouldn't mean anything. I mean if there wasn't any temptation, there wouldn't be anything to work against. For example: If you were never tempted to cheat on your husband, the fact that DON'T cheat on him wouldn't mean anything. It's the fact that while you are tempted, you say no and do the right thing. That's why you can't one without the other....no suffering means you can't know the reward of happiness. If you've never been sad, how would you know how good it feels to be happy? There HAS to be a Lucifer, or there wouldn't BE a GOD.

  10. i think God would want us to learn from our mistakes...

the devil is an easy excuse; it takes courage to admit to faults.. and survive.

  11. The chicken and the egg VS religion?

Come on don't challenge these people with rational thought.

  12. Funny thing you ask this question. It just so happens i am god and directly command YOU to sin against me... By voting for Obama this coming election lololol

  13. God Almighty is REAL and only people influenced by Satan refuse to accept Him.

He has given mankind  freedom of action and you may choose to do good if you are any good.

  14. Peace and blessings be upon you.

Yes, the God can prevent us from doing the sin and can make all of us believe in him and this by forcing us.

but the God wanted us free , gave us the freedom to choose to obey him or not ,the freedom to choose our way.

Do you refuse the freedom now?

  15. I'm glad it's only you who thinks this way.  The earth is still safe.

  16. He would want us to sin mightily and then repent mightily.

  17. God is Real but like your mom and dad. They let you make mistakes so you will learn and develop character.

You must become disciplined Before he will put his name on your forehead.

why do you think Incest cane did not have incest he took a wife from Nod

he gave his life to save us yep you and me. not suicide.

  18. well God is not so real. God should have power over lucifer.. because he is a son of him..God is full of contradictions.. if he is real.. we never going  to understand what does God think .. if the Bible are true stories or just metaphors for something else

  19. Well thats not really gods fault since it was humans who did the deeds and then blame god for it, weaklings.

Lucifer was a Arc Angel who betrayed god.

the Forbidden tree would have been a test. to see how human emotions would work. if he could truly trust his creations to do as he says.

and how did Jesus kill himself when he was crucified and stabbed?

**** happens get used to it. thats life right.

  20. Yes. God wanted Lucifer to exist so we can learn something.

Lucifer is the "mean teacher" who purposely gives you annoying tests and  if you pass, he'll let you be, if you work with his way of doing his test, he'll play cool having you skip out on the other classes..which doesn't help does it? Hope that made sense.

The rest is trying to say " would he want us to sin?"

    and my answer is yes.

    You don't need to forgive..

you need to do your best as a person.

    meaning change.

    you steal; stop stealing.

when you make mistakes, you learn something.

that's not a means to do a bunch of bad things.

but we all come with baggage from our natural tendencies,

and we just got to unwind load.

to be closer to God, wouldn't you have to be wise like Jesus?

  21. No, all of this was necessary for us to come back into his presence.

He does not want us to sin, but to chose the right way. We wouldn't know the difference betweent right and wrong if there wasn't "wrong". That's why there is such thing as sin.

In heaven, there is no sin. No unclean thing can dwell in the presence of God.

It's all about us getting back to Him and to become more like him.

  22. If god really exists... who knows?

Did man translate the word of god correctly?  Did satan interfere with the translations from language to language?  Did people in power add and remove things to manipulate the populace?

One of my favorite religious jokes goes:

A priest lives a long life by the tenants the bible puts forth and finally dies and goes to heaven, he stands before god and god says, "You've lived a good life, but boring, I'm disappointed why didn't you enjoy life more?"  The priest says, "I did everything the good book told me to do, I tithed, I helped the downtrodden, I was celibate!"  God says, "Celibate?  I never said Celibate!  I said Celebrate!"

I've always kinda felt that says it all :)
