why did she fall into debt and had to contribute her own money into her campaign? where were those voters when it mattered? And now they're mad? they couldn't even help her stay in the race.

Hillary was crushed by the Democrat Party. I think what happened is the DNC was taken back by the Kennedy Clan from the Clintons. They put Obama in there and got rid of Hillary. Just my thoughts. Hillary would have easily won if that stinking cheater Edwards would have gotten out of the race. He made sure she didn't win.
