  1. She probably could pick him as her running mate.  I don't recall anything in the Constitution that would prohibit an ex-president from then becoming a vice president, and the framers of the Constitution probably never anticipated a woman as president, either.

This is all moot as Hillary is just to flippy and vague to ever get elected.

  2. A president can serve 10 years. So technically, he can be a running mate, but after two years he would have to step down in favor of his VP, or the speaker of the house.

  3. Sure, with his desk in her own office so she could keep an eye on him.

  4. Bill Clinton could serve as Vice-President. He would not, however, be in the line of succession to the Presidency, as he as served two full terms as President.

This is similar to the fact that when both Madeleine Albright and Henry Kissinger were serving as Secretary of State, they were not in the line of succession, as they were not born in the United States, and thus ineligible to be President.

  5. what would be the point? we had no vice president when she was president the last two times.

  6. No, she couldn't.  The vice president is first in line for succession should something happen to the president.  As Bill Clinton has already served his two terms, he could not be VP.

  7. No, since bill has already served over 6 years as president, he is not eligible to serve as VP.
