If Huggies don't work will the company send me something?

I bought a pack of huggies and tried them for my son when he was 8 lbs. like the package said and now that he is 11 lbs. and about to grow out of them they are still too big on his legs and leak if he poops. Pampers work but I have all these Huggies sitting out and I don't like to waste money so I try putting one on him but about 75% of the time they leak from the legs. Normally with products that dont work you can get a refund but what about diapers? Would they at least send me coupons for wipes or something. Not only did i waste money on diapers but also on the clothes that were ruined. I HATE HUGGIES DIAPERS!

I have actually gotten several free bags of diapers, as well as other coupons ... when I've had a problem with Huggies. Give them a call ... or better yet, send them an email :-)

You can donate the diapers you don't need to a women's shelter.

Huggies will send you coupons. Their $7 off coupon is marked "diapers only" but the $3 and under ones can be used for any product like wipes.

I had a similar issue. I bought the "right" size but they were too small for my daughter and leaked. I wrote a letter and told them and they sent me..... wait for it..... a travel pack of wipes (woop dee frickin doo!!!)

This is an Australia by the way.

Probably not.  If they are unopened you can just take them back to the store.

huggies is really good at sending you coupons when you call about any situation, they will understnad.
