i would say yes but it would be difficult

You could stand up, and walk with what looks life a stiff leg...this would likely involve your pivoting the hip of the paralyzed leg, and would be uncomfortable for more than a short distance...

I'm curious because of your question--are you merely wondering, or do you have a medical condition that may cause paralysis?
