Probably 148....I'm 5' 2" and I use a 144, so, 144 would probably be too small for you. 150 or 152 might be too big..and this would make it harder for you to ride. So I would say 148. Hope this helps!

I cant accuratly say what size is right for you without knowing your weight, and also the type of riding you do. Many people think the floor to the chin method is the correct way to pick the right length board for you. But for example take two people both are your height 5 ft 5 but one is 100lb the other is 200lb, would they really ride the same length board?. If you email me your weight and weather you want a freestyle, All mountain or freeride board, and i can give you an accurate length for a board for you. Good luck with the riding.

it's actually quite simple, longer boards you can go faster and helps with powder snow, shorter boards are easier to maneuver on, Thus it's really up to you on which size you would be comfortable ridding on. The length can anywhere from your shoulder to the tip of your nose. start out on short boards is recommended.

okay im 5"9' and i ride a 155 and that is perfect for me so your bard should be about as tall as your chin

If you're a freerider (no half pipe or grinds) the board should be just under your chin and definitely no higher than your nose.  I'm 5'6" and I ride a 151.  If you're a beginner, go smaller cuz it's easier to control (long boards take more energy to turn and are faster).  

Half pipe riders go really small (up to their chest) so it's easier to control/spin.

id say a 148 if ur more into riding but a little smaller if ur into tricks...i wish i knew this when i bought my board...

The only thing I know, is it needs to be a little taller than you for balancing purposes.
