If I'm a system builder and I install an OEM can the person I sell the PC to install that OS from the same CD?

I'm making a new company called Apollo PC UK and I was going to install OEMs on the PCs I'm selling. But if the user mucks up their PC can they re-install the same OEM disk onto their PC?

Yes, but you must supply original disks and keys.

No! Your OEM CD is yours. You should have had some serial numbers that came with your OEM cd for distribution. If you DON'T then your OEM cd is a single user OEM cd and not a multiple use "for distribution" cd... that's p****y!

If you're talking about some version of Windows check the MS website for details... you gotta dig that up.
