First, get a few things straight:

1. Real Americans do not eat a McDonald’s all the time and they don’t spend most of their time on the internet.  American films are just entertainment and Euroasians watch just as many films as Americans do.  Plus, most American films (90% or more) do not represent or reflect American way of life.

2. Travel to the USA is good but you have at least live several years to get a reasonable understanding of American culture.  And that is still not enough.  The Hollywood crowd does not represent the USA at all.

3. Real Americans have family values.

4. Real Americans know their American and world history.

5. Unfortunately, there are a lot of Americans ignorant of lot of things but you can equally find that in your home country.

To answer your question is simply no.  You would have to go through the immigration process just like any one immigrating to the United States.

besides what the gentlemen has said we distinguished Italian Americans do not stay on the Internet for a lone time for we have life's and most do not like MacDonald's personally the person who made it should die for ruing perfectly good food if u where Italian u would know what i mean

no, you would not, you would have to go trough the process that all people go trough for immigration in the US,

many people speak English and know about the US, but? by far that does NOT make them acquire US citizenship faster than anyone else.

You need to obtain a green card, keep it for a minimum of 5 years, and then you can apply for US citizenship.

Staying on the Internet for hours on end, a college education, eating at McDonald's and watching American films does not a good American citizen make, and it definitely does not make you eligible to apply for US citizenship...
