  1. Its your fault because the other car had the right away, even if the person had its signal on

  2. It's your fault.  You must wait until the road is clear.  Never assume that a car is gong to turn if it has it's signal on --  could be broken broken.

  3. If they didn't have a stop sign, they don't have to stop.  Their turn signal is confusing but still you don't rely on that.  It is your responsibility to proceed when it is safe after you come to a full stop.  You pulled out in front of them.  Doesn't seem right but you should know the rules before you drive.  That way you don't get in those predicaments.  They are hard fast.  You are always responsible for following the rules and there are no exceptions.  Be glad noone was hurt and you have learned another valuable lession.

As an afterthought. . .if you aren't sure, wait. The old cliche better to be safe than sorry holds here.

  4. I know it's tricky but you would be at fault for failing to yield to oncoming traffic. Don't trust a person's signal. Sometimes they accidentally leave it on from a previous turn. Before I turn onto their lane I look at the person with the signal and until I see them turning then I make my move. Don't trust signals, be cautious and wait for person to turn.

  5. its your fault, you pulled in front of the car.<

  6. It would be your fault. I know it may not seem right but that's why you have to totally ignore turn signals until the vehicle is no longer in your path. I've only learned that through experience but going by someone's turn signal causes more accidents than just waiting while they do their thing. So many people don't even know their signal is on or plan on turning 5 roads beyond yours, etc. etc.

  7. Your fault.

  8. Yes, you'd be at fault because you pulled in front of the other vehicle. That's a lesson learned. Never assume anything. Always wait until the other vehicle actually makes the turn. The driver could have changed his/her mind, or was signaling for a turn farther down the street.
