I'm going to go out on a limb here and say q(wXegg white)+ bran.  

But there are some variables here: Is the tree an evergreen or deciduous? Is the blancmange tepid? Are you carrying re-fried beans with you?  Maybe try this with muffins, preferably lemon poppy-seed.

I also recommend sticking with the traditional birch-bark canoe.

Depends on size and flavor of cupcake. I suppose with normal sized vanilla ones I guess you'd get there in about 12, give or take 3.
